I bought a silicone pot in france, and it says cake, tarts blah blah around it ...
and it says "resistance: -40 degrees/ +240 C"
It's all in french, so I couldn't fully understand, but it doesn't say much on the box anyway!
So ... =/ Can I? I'm baking it now.
Yes you can silicone in heat temped up to 500+ degrees. It is best to use these because it will cook a perfect cake through and around.
